Enterprise Career Institute

On Friday, November 4th our friends at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, supporters of C5 for many years,** piloted the first-ever Enterprise Career Institute (ECI).  Partnering with our affiliate in Atlanta, Coe Bockmier, Enterprise Vice President, Atlanta-West Region, and his team created an experience designed for our college-level students.  In a five-hour session they shared the Enterprise philosophy on hiring, training and developing talent.  The day included an overview of the company, a "top-to-top" meeting with senior management, job shadowing, resume writing and interview skills training.

ECI is another example of at-stage appropriate programming that C5 offers its students; preparing them to become leaders in school, community and business.  It is also an example of Enterprise's commitment to helping young people succeed and flourish.

 

**Enterprise Rent-a-Car regularly visits our younger teens at summer camp with a Sunday barbeque event, hosts Leadership Lunches for our high school juniors and seniors, and participates in our annual C5 Coca-Cola Golf Classic.
