Association sets its Five-Year Strategic Vision

Leadership from the four national C5 affiliates met in Hyattville, Wyoming in August (summer home for C5 LA’s Camp Leadership ‘U’) to discuss and approve its vision for the next five years. Highlights of this plan include:

·        Create a national board of directors

·        Build a sustainable revenue stream for Association overhead and expenses

·        Secure national partnerships for core program elements, e.g. “Road to College”

·        Expand our year-round youth support systems

·        Add program support for C5 college students

·        Develop effective monitoring and assessment activities

·        Improve C5’s visibility within each affiliate community and nationally

·        Double the number of youth served
